Unfortunately, I have a 2015 turned into what the new Super Scout is, except mine has locking bags, so I probably won’t be upgrading this generation.

The new gauges and electronic features are cool, at least until people find out someone can now kill their bike remotely (mostly joking there, but not 100%).

Google ‘indian frame break’ – it needed to be changed.

Corbin makes a nice fairing and bags but what has held me back is that heat coming off the rear cylinder and the exhaust. They solved it on the FTR hope they solved it on the new scout, a test ride is on my to do list.

Gone is the cast frame with integrated radiator. The old engine was cooler looking too.
Notw the Scouts looks like every other cruiser on the market.

Bad move Indian.

One of the factors I use to judge a bike I would want to buy is can I pick it up? I like the limited Trim addition adding things I wish my 2016 Scout had. Now, who put that sewer pipe on the exhaust headers? I guess it’s cheaper than the twin pipes but I think aftermarket exhaust manufacturers are very happy right now.

Multiple iterations or themes of the same machine, over and over. When is Indian going to build something new and really expand their lineup. How about an ADV or GT tourer. They’ve got the engines.
